Foldable Aluminum Frame System

The fast fold projection screen uses a modular aluminum frame structure designed for quick assembly and repeated use. The frame sections are lightweight, durable and easy to connect, allowing the screen to be assembled without complicated tools. Compared with permanent installation screens, this structure is more suitable for rental, events, exhibitions and temporary AV setups where mobility and efficiency are important.

Snap Button Tensioning Design

The projection fabric is fixed to the aluminum frame through snap buttons around the screen border. This tensioning design helps stretch the fabric evenly across the frame, reducing wrinkles and improving surface flatness. A flatter screen surface provides a cleaner projection image, better focus and a more professional viewing experience, especially for large-format display applications.

Stable Free-Standing Support Structure

The screen is supported by a stable free-standing frame with side legs and base supports. This structure allows the screen to stand independently without wall or ceiling mounting. The support legs help distribute weight and maintain balance during use, making the screen suitable for stages, conference halls, training rooms, exhibition booths and outdoor event spaces.

Front and Rear Projection Compatibility

Fast fold projection screens can be equipped with different screen fabrics for front projection or rear projection. Front projection material is suitable for standard projector placement in front of the screen, while rear projection material allows the projector to be placed behind the screen. Rear projection is especially useful for stage events or presentations where the front area needs to remain clean and free from projector shadows.

Black Border for Image Framing

The black border around the viewing area helps define the projected image and improves visual concentration. It creates a clear frame between the projection area and the surrounding environment, making the image appear more focused and professional during events, conferences and video presentations.

Large-Format Display Capability

The fast fold structure is designed to support larger projection sizes compared with many portable screen types. It is suitable for audiences in medium to large venues, including conference centers, hotels, event halls, exhibitions, churches, schools and commercial presentation spaces. Portable Packing and Transportation
