Shipping & Packaging

Projection screens are long-format and sometimes fragile products. We use product-specific export packaging and help professional buyers select a practical shipping method.

Shipping Options

Samples and small orders may be sent by express courier or air freight. Bulk orders are commonly shipped by sea, rail or truck depending on destination, urgency and cargo dimensions.

Trade Terms

We can support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP where commercially and operationally available. The named place or port, included services and responsibility transfer point will be stated in the quotation.

Export Packaging

Standard packaging may include protective film, foam or corner protection, reinforced cartons, wooden cases or pallets according to the product. Packaging requirements vary for fixed-frame, motorized, floor-rising, Fresnel and large-format screens.

Customized Packaging

Private-label buyers can request customized cartons, logos, manuals, labels and barcodes. Artwork, quantities, additional cost and lead time must be approved before production.

Lead Time and Dispatch

Lead time depends on the model, quantity, component availability and customization. The estimated schedule begins after payment and final specification approval. A dispatch estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless specifically agreed.

Freight Inspection

Please inspect cartons and pallets before signing for delivery. Record visible damage on the carrier receipt and take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal protection and product. Notify us promptly so we can help assess the claim.

Shipping Documents

Commercial invoices, packing lists and other agreed export documents can be provided. Any market-specific documentation requirement should be communicated before order confirmation.
